2. Products
All jewellery pieces are handmade, and slight variations in shape, finish, or texture may occur. These are part of the character of handcrafted work.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Orders
When you place an order through the website, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders where:
  • an item is unavailable
  • there has been a pricing error
  • payment cannot be authorised
If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Squarespace and its integrated payment providers.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
6. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Depending on availability, gold-plated items are typically dispatched within 7 - 10 working days.
Delivery times depend on the postal service used and destination.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes charged by their country.
7. Returns and Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must:
  • be unworn
  • be returned in original condition
  • be sent back within 14 days of notifying us
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received.
8. Faulty Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, product designs, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Risza Lopes da Cruz unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorised access
  • use content without permission
11. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products, except where required by law.
