We hope you love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Each piece is handmade in small batches. If you have questions before purchasing, feel free to get in touch.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Returned items must be:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Once the returned item has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Custom or personalised pieces may also be non-returnable.
